Breakfast is served between 8am – 9am. Buffet for cereals, fruit, yoghurt. juices. Cooked breakfasts served to your table.

Eggs Benedict:
A slice of bacon on a breakfast muffin topped with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce

Eggs Royale:
As above but served with smoked salmon

Smoked salmon:
served with scrambled eggs and toast

Omelette:
plain, cheese or mushroom

Sauces:
Heinz Tomato Ketchup, HP Brown Sauce
