Breakfast menu

We believe breakfast to be the most important meal of the day...........

At Bosayne we continue to reduce our environmental impact by using local, organic and ethical produce

Breakfast is served between 8.00 am to 9.00 am daily (polite notice – last orders for cooked food is 8.50 am)

We offer a buffet selection of chilled Fairtrade/ organic fruit juices, cereals, west country organic yoghurts, fresh fruit (Fairtrade/UK) and nuts.   Milk from Bradley's Dairy of Delabole.

Bosayne’s own homemade organic breads including Aberdeen butteries – served with Cornish butter, Cornish/Fairtrade honey or marmalade and jams made by Homecraft of Par, St Austell.

Tea (traditional, decaffeinated and Earl Grey), filter and decaffeinated coffee and hot chocolate - All Fairtrade brand.  Fruit and herbal teas

Full Traditional Breakfast- A full cooked Cornish breakfast of -

2 award winning pork sausages made by Tintagel's own butcher, 1 rasher of dry-cured smoked Cornish bacon, 1 free range egg from local farms (fried, scrambled or poached),  Cornish mushrooms,  organic baked beans and a plum tomato

 For our vegetarians  -

2 Quorn sausages & hash brown replace the pork sausages and bacon

Fish Options:

(1)  Kippers - Pre-order night before 

(2) Scrambled eggs on oatcakes topped with Scottish smoked salmon and garnished with a sprinkling of chives

Or for the less hungry..................

Our Lighter options – Choose ONE of the following:

(1)      Continental breakfast – Bosayne Cinnamon roll, Aberdeen Buttery, toasted bread

(2)     Eggs on toast - 2 Local free range eggs (fried, scrambled, or poached) on granary or white toasted bread

(3)     Boiled eggs & Soldiers - 2 Boiled free range eggs strips of granary or white toasted bread

(4)     Beans on toast - Organic baked beans on granary or white toasted bread

(5)     Mushrooms on toast - Cornish Mushrooms on granary or white toasted bread

(6)     Porridge – Organic porridge oats made with semi-skimmed milk

Also watch out for something completely different............as offered on various days................
