Breakfast RoomWe believe breakfast to be the most important meal of the day...........

That's why at Bosayne we use quality produce from local suppliers to show off the best of Cornwall 

 

Our Breakfasts are served between  8.00 am to 9.00 am daily

 

We offer a buffet selection of chilled Fairtrade fruit juices, cereals, organic yoghurts, fresh fruit and nuts.   Milk from Bradley's Dairy in Delabole.

 

Toasted breads or Aberdeen butteries - All home baked  by Julie - with Cornish butter, Cornish honey, and locally made marmalade and jams from Homecraft of Par.

 

Tea (traditional,  decaffeinated and Earl Grey), filter and decaffeinated coffee and hot chocolate - All Fairtrade brand

Selection of Fruit and herbal teas

 

Full Traditional Breakfast

A full cooked Cornish breakfast of award winning pork sausages made by Tintagel's own butcher, dry-cured Cornish bacon, free range eggs from Tregatherall Farm Boscastle (fried, scrambled or poached),  Cornish mushrooms,  Heinz baked beans and a plum tomato

Full Vegetarian Breakfast

Quorn sausages, hash browns, free range eggs from Tregatherall Farm Boscastle (fried, scrambled or poached), Cornish mushrooms,  Heinz baked beans and a plum tomato 

 

or

 

Lighter options

Local free range eggs - fried, scrambled, or poached egg on toast

2 Boiled free range eggs and ‘soldiers’

2 Croissant (subject to availability)  

Heinz baked beans on toast

Cornish Mushrooms on toast
